Using Online Video Resources to Enhance Existing Tutor-led Training Solutions

Their audience is global and largely drawn from blue chip organisations. Training sessions are typically delivered in small workshops. Having seen the value of online and mobile video as a training support tool, they engaged Channel Content to design and deliver a solution for them. Working with the organisations subject matter experts, we scripted and storyboarded a suite of scenarios. We then shot and post-produced over 60 clips to support 3 learning programmes. These feature role-playing scenarios that utilise voiceover, music and graphics to introduce and demonstrate the application of each NLP technique.
The clips are delivered online as a supplementary premium service option for clients of the workshops. They can be used as individually or as a complete training programme. The clips have been very well received by the clients of Boulden Management Consultants and are delivering return on investment.
