Econiq’s innovative software suite delivers huge benefits to large retail banks. But communicating these to the US market presented Econiq with real challenges. As with so many new products launches these came down to three key issues:

- What are the messages your customers want to hear?
- What's the best to communicate these?

- Conducted extensive market research/competitor analysis to understand their market and how their competitors communicate their message
- Worked with the Econiq team to define the messages they want to communicate
Based on this we formulated a communications plan and began the content production process. The resulting deliverables consisted of a suite of video nuggets plus supporting materials. These share an integrated set of messages and themes and are built on a common set of reusable assets. This means that the suite of deliverables can be used:
- As the centre-piece of the Econiq stand at major tradeshows (on plasma screens)
- At presentations to industry level analysts and director-level executives from major banks in the United States
- In PowerPoint by sales personnel at face to face meetings
- On CD, the web or mobile phones
